While good mental health is critical to the overall health of both men and women, women experience mental health conditions at a higher rate than men. The vision is to develop an outdoor space that aims to help women who experiences stress, anxiety, depression, discrimination and isolation. This is by implementing a low-impact exercise such as yoga to lower stress hormones and create mental clarity and calmness. A yoga session in a garden environment allows for social interactions and community building, where individuals can develop a sense of belonging and support, which are essential elements to a good mental health.
